Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem výstavby rezidenčních nemovitostí v Brně, území Starý Lískovec, která byla původně obcí, ale stala se městskou částí. Práce mapuje typy výstavby v jednotlivých časových obdobích historie obce, od nejstarší výstavby až po moderní výstavbu. Zabývá se také budoucím rozvojem městské části, plánovanou výstavbou a projekty. Podrobněji rozebírá období vzniku panelového sídliště, které je pro území z hlediska rezidenční výstavby stěžejní. This diploma thesis focuses on the development of construction of residential real estate in Brno, in the area of Starý Lískovec, which was the original village but became a city district. The work maps the types of construction in different time series, from the oldest construction to modern construction. It also deals with the future development of the city district, planned construction and projects. A more detailed analysis of the period where panel buildings were build, which is crucial for the area in terms of residential construction.
