Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem souboru bytových staveb, založeném na principu cohousingu. Navrhované stavby tvoří tři bytové domy určené pro komunitní bydlení tří sociálních skupin – seniorů, studentů a mladých rodin. Návrh pracuje s různými stupni soukromí a vychází z klasického městského bloku typického pro danou oblast. Z něj je ponechán veřejný parter, jakožto charakter ulice, vytvářející určitou platformu. Ve vyšších podlažích nad platformou je zástavba otevřená a nechává prostoupit zeleň z protějšího břehu do vnitrobloku. Otevřením zástavby vznikají lepší podmínky pro bydlení a také polosoukromý prostor v úrovni společných pater komunitního bydlení. Tento prostor navazuje na poloveřejný park, sloužící jako zázemí pro obyvatele cohousingu a mateřské školy. The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a set of residential buildings based on the cohousing principle. The proposed buildings consist of three apartment buildings intended for community housing of three social groups - seniors, students and young families. The design works with varying degrees of privacy and is based on a classic urban block typical for the area. It leaves the public parter as the street character, creating a platform. On the higher floors above the platform, the area is open and allows the greenery to pervade from the opposite side to the courtyard. The opening of the area creates better conditions for housing and also a semi-private space at the level of common floors of community housing. This space is a continuation of a semi-public park, serving as a background for cohousing and kindergarten.
