Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá výpočtovým modelovaním (simuláciou) procesu zvárania. Jej hlavným cieľom je určenie zvyškových napätí a deformácií vznikajúcich po zváraní. Na výpočtové modelovanie sú využité programy SYSWELD a ANSYS, oba založené na metóde konečných prvkov. Riešené sú konkrétne procesy zvárania kútového a tupého zvaru dvoch dosiek. Výsledky z jednotlivých softvérov sú porovnané medzi sebou a overené pomocou experimentálnych výsledkov. Presented master thesis deals with computational modelling (simulation) of welding process. Its main goal is to determine the residual stresses and deformations arising after welding. SYSWELD and ANSYS are used for simulation, both based on the finite element method. Specifically, the processes of welding fillet and butt welds are solved. Results from both software are compared with each other and verified by experimental results.
