Diplomová práca sa zaoberá návrhom, implementáciou a nasadením systému na riadenie dokumentov v spoločnosti Xterway, a.s. Práca je rozdelená na tri časti. V prvej časti práce sú popísané teoretické východiská použité na realizáciu práce. Druhá časť analyzuje súčasný stav spoločnosti a jej aktuálneho informačného systému. Posledná časť sa venuje samotnej realizácii nového systému s následným zhodnotením dosiahnutých výsledkov. Nový systém by mal zjednodušiť prácu zamestnancom a znížiť náklady potrebné na údržbu. This diploma thesis is focused to design, implementation and deployment of a Document Management System in company Xterway, a.s. Thesis is divided into four parts. The first part contains theoretical background necessary for realization. Analysis of current state of the company and its information system is provided in the second part. The last part is dedicated to realization itself followed by an assessment of the achieved results. The new system should simplify work for employees and reduce maintenance costs.
