Diplomová práce se zabývá postupem při koupi vybrané nemovitosti se zástavou dané nemovitosti bance, u které bude zřízen hypoteční úvěr. Názorné vyobrazení procesu koupě nemovitosti na hypoteční úvěr ve vytvořeném grafického procesního modelu a oceněním dané nemovitosti dle bankovních standardů České Národní banky. Vysvětluje zákonem definované pojmy a postupy, uvádí čtenáře do problematiky výběru možných finančních produktů u jednotlivých hypotečních bank či stavebních spořitelen. Master thesis focuses on selected real estate with mortgages. Opinions on displaying processes for buying a property for a mortgage loan in the created graphic process of the Czech Banking Association. Explaining legislation on mortgage banks or building societies.
