Diplomová práce je zaměřena na fluktuaci výrobních dělníků konkrétní provozovny společnosti Vodňanská drůbež, a. s. První část je věnována vysvětlení teoretických pojmů souvisejících s tématem - na nejčastější příčiny, způsoby měření či náklady spojené s odchody zaměstnanců. Teoretické poznatky jsou v další fázi využity k analýze a vyhodnocení situace zvolené společnosti. Finální část je návrhová, a zaměřuje se na návrhy zlepšení problematických oblastí, které přispívají ke snížení fluktuace. The diploma thesis focuses on the fluctuation of production workers specific establishment company Vodňanská poultry, a. s. The first part is devoted to explanation of the theoretical notions related to the topic - the most frequent causes, the methods of measurement or the costs associated with the departures of employees. Theoretical knowledges are in the next stage applicate for analysis and evaluation of the situation of the selected company. The final part contains suggestions for improving identified problems to reduce fluctuation.
