Diplomová práce se zabývá vypracováním podnikatelského plánu pro založení vzdělávací agentury a jejím hlavním cílem je zhodnocení, zda podnikatelský plán zrealizovat, či nikoliv. V první části práce jsou zpracována teoretická východiska pro následující dvě části práce. V druhé části autorka provádí analýzu vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí společnosti. Ve třetí, návrhové části, je poté zpracován návrh podnikatelského plánu včetně všech jeho součástí. The master’s thesis deals with the creation of the business plan for an educational agency and the main task of this thesis is to assess whether to implement the plan or not. In the first part there is a theoretical basis for the following two parts. In the second part, the author analyses the external and internal environment of the company. In the third, the proposal part, contains the business plan with all its components.
