Bakalářská práce pojednává o teoretických principech štíhlé výroby a následně o jejím úspěš-ném zavádění do dvou reálných firem a jejich vzájemném porovnání. Na začátku práce je provedena rešerše problematiky, shrnutí historie, popis jednotlivých metod, zahraniční apli-kace a srovnání vybraných přístupů. V druhé části práce je popsána implementace do dvou reálných brněnských firem. Obě se shodně zabývají třískovým obráběním, ale liší se jiným ty-pem výroby a velikosti dávky. V obou případech je navrženo inovativní rozložení dílny, jsou inovovány procesy a navrženy nové postupy s cílem zefektivnit každou firmu. This bachelor theses deals with theoretical principles of lean manufacturing, consequently about its successful implementation into two real companies and their mutual comparison. At the beginning of these thesis the publication research is done as well as history summary, method descriptions, foreign applications and comparison of selected approaches. In the sec-ond part of the work the implementation into two Brno real companies is described. Both companies use chip forming cutting process but they have different type of production and batch size. It is designed innovative shop floor layout, innovated processes and new proce-dures in order to increase efficiency of each company.
