[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce se věnuje psychosomatickým aspektům duševních poruch. Popisuje interdisciplinární poznatky o komunikaci mezi mozkem, střevem a jeho mikrobiomem. Práce shrnuje roli osy střevo- mozek-mikrobiom v otázce myšlení a cítění. Popisuje, k čemu může dojít při narušení rovnováhy mikrobiomu ve vztahu k poruchám nálady a zdraví. Práce se také věnuje způsobům, kterými je možné zlepšit psychický stav působením právě na osu střevo-mozek-mokrobiom. Věnuje se zejména přínosu probiotických kultur a určitého stravování na depresi a úzkost. V proponovaném kvantitativním výzkumu typu RCT je navrženo čtyř-týdenní užívání probiotik jako intervence u populace s klinickou depresí. It describes interdisciplinary knowledge about communication between brain, intestine and its microbiome. The theses summarizes the role of the Gut-Brain-Microbiome axis in the aspect of thinking and feeling. It describes what can happen when the microbiome is disturbed in relation to mood and health disorders. The theses also deals with the ways of improving a mental state by influencing the Gut-Brain- Microbiome axis. In particular, it focuses on the contribution of probiotic cultures and certain diets to depression and anxiety.
