Název: Rozdíl v efektivitě bruslení rozvíjeného prostřednictvím obratnostních cvičení a průpravy techniky bruslení ve starším školním věku Cíle: Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je srovnat efektivitu tréninku bruslení s využitím obratnostních cvičení a tréninku průpravy techniky bruslení na rychlostně obratnostní testy u hráčů staršího školního věku (U12). Zároveň se snažím porovnat, která z metod rozvoje bruslařských dovedností je efektivnější, zda je to metoda v celku (obratnostní cvičení) nebo metoda po částech (rozvojem dílčích prvků bruslení). Metody: V práci byla využita metoda kvantitativní analýzy výsledků osmi bruslařských testů u hráčů staršího školního věku. Testovaný soubor tvořilo 13 hráčů 6. třídy týmu HC Slavia Praha. Studie zahrnuje celkem tři měření, přičemž první měření je vstupní, druhé po intervenci obratnostním bruslením a třetí po intervenci průpravy techniky bruslení. Získaná data byla zaznamenána do tabulek a následně statisticky zpracována metodou "A scale of magnitudes", která umožňuje vypočítat měřítko velikostí pro rozdíly v měřených datech a pravděpodobnost změny dosažené intervencí. Výsledky: K prokazatelnému pozitivnímu ovlivnění po intervenci obratnostním bruslením došlo u tří testů z osmi. Jedná se o testy zaměřené na bruslařské starty jízdou vpřed bez kotouče (test č.... Title: The differences in skating performance by training of changes of directional speed and partial skating tasks in U12 ice hockey players Objectives: The main objective of the thesis is to compare the effectivity of training of ice skating while using exercises of changes of directional speed and training of partial skating tasks and its influence on speed-skilful test within players of senior school age (U12). At the same time, I am trying to compare which of methods regarding the development of ice skating's skill is more effective whether it is a method in whole (skilful exercises) or a method in parts (development of skating elements). Methods: Method of quantitative analysis of results of eight ice-skating tests performed on players of senior school age was utilized in the thesis. The tested sample was formed by thirteen players from sixth grade of the HC Slavia Praha team. The study includes three test measurements. First test measurement is the entry one, the second follows after the intervention from training of changes of directional speed and the third test measurement is performed after the intervention from partial skating tasks.
