[cze][eng] Název práce Stimulace silových schopností ve fotbale Cíl práce Primárním cíl je rešerše odborné literatury na téma této bakalářské práce. Sekundárním cílem je návrh pohybové intervence na stimulaci silových schopností ve fotbale na poloprofesionální úrovni pro mužskou kategorii. Metody Metoda literární rešerše a následné tvoření návrhů intervenčních programů. Výsledky Hlavním produktem práce je vytvoření ucelených návrhů intervenčních programů v každém období RTC. Tato bakalářská práce by po ověření v praxi mohla být prospěšná pro hráče a trenéry, kteří nemají dostatečné znalosti v oblasti kondičního tréninku. The secondary goal is to design a movement intervention to stimulate the football's muscle strenghtening at the semi-professional level, focused on male football category. Methods Literary research method and subsequent creation of proposals for intervention programs. Results The main product of this bachelor work is a creation of comprehensive proposals for intervention programs in each RTC period. This bachelor work could be beneficial to players and coaches, who have not sufficient knowledge of fitness training, after verification in practise.
