Předložená nová metodika je souborem informací a postupů pro hodnocení odolnosti/rezistence skladištních škůdců k účinné látce fosforovodík, která se běžně využívá pro plynování napadených komodit a prázdných prostor při dezinsekčních zásazích. Metodika vychází z mezinárodního testu Phosphine Resistance Test Kit (Detia DEGESH) a je doplněna o nové vědecké poznatky. Hodnocení odolnosti nebo rezistence populací polních a skladištních škůdců patří mezi základní pilíře IPM, jejichž implementace v praxi napomáhá snižování spotřeby chemických přípravků a tím i zatěžování životního prostředí účinnými látkami přípravků, které vykazují sníženou nebo nedostatečnou účinnost na danou populaci škůdce. The presented new methodology is a set of information and procedures for evaluation of the sensitivity/resistance of storage pests to the phosphine (PH3) which is plant protections and/or biocide active substance commonly used for fumigation of infested commodities and empty store spaces as a key pest control intervention. The procedure is based on the international tests Phosphine Resistance Test Kit (Detia DEGESH's) and on the originally scientifically developed findings and information. The regular assessment of the resistance or resistance of field populations is one of the pillars of IPM whose implementation into practice helps to reduce the consumption of chemical products.
