Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, jakým způsobem vybraná organizace STAN - Special Team for Adventure in Nature využívá public relations a na základě zjištěných informací navrhnout doporučení a případné změny. Práce je orientována na organizaci a veřejnost. Zaměřena na aplikaci komunikačních technik, pomocí kterých organizace buduje a udržuje příznivé vztahy s veřejností. Pomocí systému PENCILS je zjištěno, jak daná organizace STAN využívá, publikace, výroční zprávy, sponzorství, materiály pro novináře, společenskou odpovědnost firmy a mnohé další nástroje public relations. Data byla získána pomocí strukturovaného rozhovoru s ředitelem vybrané organizace STAN. Závěr bakalářské práce obsahuje návrhy pro budoucí vývoj. The main objective of this bachelor thesis was to identify how the uses public relations in the chosen organization STAN - Special Team for Adventure in Nature and based on the information propose recommendations and any changes. The thesis is focused on the organization and the public. Focused on the application of communication methods that help the organization to create and maintain positive relations with the public. With the help of PENCILS is discovered how the given organization STAN uses publications, annual reports, sponsorship, materials for journalists, corporate responsibility and many more public relations tools. The primary data were collected by way of controlled structured interview with the director of organization STAN. The conclusion of the thesis contains suggestions for future development.
