diplomové práce: Tato diplomová práce se zabývá monitoringem pohybu horních končetin u pacientů po získaném poškození mozku pomocí akcelerometru a je zpracována z pohledu ergoterapie. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Pro teoretickou část je stěžejním cílem shromáždit odbornou literaturu o možnostech monitorování pohybu horních končetin pomocí akcelerometru v rehabilitaci ve zdravotnictví a zejména pak v ergoterapii. Praktická část práce si klade tři cíle. Prvním cílem je zjistit, zda monitorování horních končetin pomocí akcelerometru u pacientů po získaném poškození mozku povede k objektivnímu zlepšení aktivit denního života (ADL) v oblasti sebesycení, mytí se a oblékání. Cílem druhým je zjistit, zda monitoring pomocí akcelerometru povede ke zlepšení subjektivního vnímání v téže ADL a třetím cílem je porovnat, zda spolu objektivní a subjektivní zlepšení souvisí. Praktická část byla zpracována formou pilotní studie. Byl využit kvantitativní výzkum, konkrétně pak typ preexperimentu - One Group Pretest Posttest Design - Předběžné a následné srovnání jedné skupiny. Do studie bylo zařazeno 14 pacientů po získaném poškození mozku, kteří se účastnili 4týdenního pobytu v denním stacionáři se současným monitorováním jejich horních končetin pomocí akcelerometru. Pacienti byli hodnoceni... This diploma thesis deals with monitoring the movement of the upper limbs in patients after acquired brain injury using an accelerometer. The diploma thesis is processed from the perspective of occupational therapy. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The main objective of the theoretical part is to collect specialist literature about monitoring the movement of the upper limbs by accelerometer in rehabilitation, especially in the occupational therapy. The practical part of the thesis has three objectives. The first objective is to find out whether monitoring of the upper limbs using the accelerometer in patients after acquired brain injury will lead to an objective improvement of the activity of daily living (ADL) in the areas of eating, washing and dressing. The second objective is to find out whether monitoring of the upper limbs using the accelerometer in patients after acquired brain injury will lead to subjective improvement in the same ADLs, and the third objective is to compare whether objective and subjective improvement is related.
