P edkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou informovanosti studentek st ední odborné školy o vhodných pohybových aktivitách b✁hem t✁hotenství a v dob✁ mate ství. Diplomová práce je rozd✁lena na teoretickou a výzkumnou ✂ást. Cílem této je zjistit úrove✄ znalostí a celkového pov✁domí studentek o možných pohybových aktivitách v t✁hotenství a po porodu, zmapovat jejich p ipravenost na t✁hotenství a mate ství a zvýšit jejich zájem o t✁lesnou výchovu s p esahem. Teoretická východiska práce se zabývají nejen pohybovými aktivitami v obecné rovin✁, doporu✂eným cvi✂ením v t✁hotenství a po porodu, ale rozebírají také jednotlivé fáze t✁hotenství, fyziologické zm✁ny u ženy v t✁hotenství, období kojení, pojednává o vhodném a nevhodném cvi✂ení pro daná období ženy. V neposlední ad✁ je nutné zmínit psychickou stránku dívek v adolescenci, jelikož p edm✁tem zkoumání nejsou t✁hotné ženy, nýbrž dívky ve velmi bou livém hormonálním vývoji. Výzkumná ✂ást se v✁nuje projektu, p i kterém autorka zjiš☎uje míru znalostí studentek k dané problematice, aplikují se pohybové aktivity v praxi a dopl✄ují se o výklad. Ú✂elem daného výzkumu je pomocí školního projektu p edat studentkám faktické a praktické informace k dané problematice. Autorce se osv✁d✂ila pilotáž projektu, která umožnila znalost prekonceptu a zefektivnila... The thesis focuses on the topic of awareness of the secondary vocational school female students about suitable physical activities before and during the pregnancy and maternity period. The thesis is composed of theoretical and practical research part. The aim is to determine the level of the students' knowledge and general awareness of the possible physical activities during pregnancy and postpartum, to map their readiness for pregnancy and motherhood, and to increase their interest in a overall physical education. The theoretical part examines the physical activities in general, recommended exercises in pregnancy and postpartum. It describes all pregnancy stages, physiological changes of women during pregnancy and nursing, including appropriate and inappropriate workouts for all the stages. Last but not least,as the subject matter is not pregnant women but girls in a stormy hormonal development, it is necessary to mention the psychological aspects of adolescent girls. The research part is carried out by a school project in which the author discovers the level of students' knowledge about the given subject matter, applies the physical activities in practice and supplements it with explanation.
