Diplomová práce řeší novostavbu domu s pečovatelskou službou v Rychnově nad Kněžnou. Objekt má tři nadzemní podlaží a je částečně podsklepen. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází zázemí pečovatelské služby, jídelna s kuchyní a provozovny jako je lékárna, ordinace lékaře, kadeřnictví, pedikúra a masáže. Ve druhém nadzemním podlaží je rovněž zázemí pečovatelské služby, ubytovací prostory a terasa. Ve třetím nadzemním podlaží se nachází společenská místnost s kuchyňkou a bytové jednotky. V suterénu se nachází sklepy, kolárny a slouží jako technické zázemí objektu. Konstrukční zděný systém je z tvárnic Ytong. Střecha je plochá jednoplášťová s klasickou skladbou střešního pláště. Diploma thesis deals with structural design of new building for retirement people in Rychnov nad Kněžnou. The building has three floors with partial basement. There are nursing spaces, dining room with kitchen, chemist´s shop, surgery, hairdresser´s, pedicure and massage on the first floor. The second floor is used for accomodation, nursing services and there is terrace. The third floor is used for accomodation and social activities. The technical facilities, storage spaces and bicycle rooms are in basement. The structural masonry system is with Ytong blocks. The building has warm flat roof.
