Předložená diplomová práce řeší vypracování prováděcí projektové dokumentace pro objekt občanské vybavenosti. Rozsah diplomové práce je dle vyhlášky 499/2006 Sb. a pozdějšího znění 62/2013 Sb. V objektu se nachází menší pivovar, hospoda, turistická ubytovna a byt majitele. Objekt je situován v obci Vranová, okres Blansko. Jedná se o nepodsklepený třípodlažní objekt zastřešený plochými i šikmými střechami. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází hospoda, pivovar a komunikační trakt dělící objekt uprostřed. V druhém nadzemním podlaží se nachází turistická ubytovna typu hostel s kompletním sdíleným zázemím. Třetí nadzemní podlaží náleží pouze vlastníkovi objektu, protože se zde nachází byt. Objekt je zděný, doplněný o ETICS. Stropní konstrukce je tvořena panely SPIROLL. Výkresová dokumentace byla vytvořena v programu AutoCAD. This diploma thesis presents processing of the design documentation for public service building. The scope of this work is in accordance with ordinance 499/2006 and latter amended 62/2013. There is a small brewery in the building, as well as a pub, tourist apartments and the owner's flat. Building is situated in Vranová, Blansko district. It is a three-story building without basement, roofed with flat and mono-pitched roofs. The ground floor consists of a pub, a brewery and a communication wing dividing the building in the middle. The second floor consists of hostel type tourist apartments with shared facilities. The third floor belongs exclusively to the owner of the building who has an apartment there. The building is bricked, complemented by an external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS). Floor structure consists of SPIROLL panels. Design documentation was developed in AutoCAD software.
