Diplomová práce je projekt novostavby hotelu o třech nadzemních a jedním podzemním podlaží. Projekt je zpracován ve stupni provádění stavby, se zaměřením na návrh konstrukčních detailů a energetické náročnosti budovy. Součástí je také požárně bezpečnostní řešení novostavby hotelu. Dispoziční řešení a architektonické ztvárnění je dle požadavků investora s ohledem na platné zákony, vyhlášky, normy. Pro novostavbu hotelu jsou navrženy tradiční materiály s ohledem na nejnovější poznatky ve stavebnictví. This diploma’s dissertation is on project of a new hotel building with three aboveground and one underground floors. This study starts at the building stage and focuses on the construction details and energy demands of the building. Also included is a fire safety solution for the new hotel building. The layout and architectural desing is according to the investor´s requirements, with respect to applicable laws, regulations, standards. Traditional materials are designed for the new building, taking into account the latest developments in the construction industry.
