Projekt řeší objekt polyfunkčního domu. Objekt leží ve městě Hořice v Královéhradeckém kraji. Pozemek je rovinný. Skládá se z 1 podzemního a 4 nadzemních podlaží. Objekt je obdélníkového půdorysu. V domě jsou 4 prodejny a 10 bytových jednotek o velikosti 3+1. Nad částí 3 nadzemního podlaží je plochá střecha, která slouží k odpočinku. Je tvořena z části betonovými dlaždicemi a z části vegetací. The project deals with design of a multifunctional house. The object is situated in the city called Hořice in Hradec Králové region. Terrain of the land is flat. The building consists of a basement and four floors and it has a rectangular plan. There are four shops and ten dwelling units in the house. Layout of the units is three rooms plus one room. Above one part of thrid floor is a flat roof which is made of concrete tiles and vegetation. It serves for relaxing.
