Tato práce je o beta-hemolytických streptokokách vyskytujících se u lidí v horních cestách dýchacích. Zabývá se jejich výskytem a nemocemi, které způsobují. Hlavně tedy beta-hemolytický streptokok skupiny A (Streptococcus pyogenes). V praktické části je rozepsán odběr vzorků, v tomto případě výtěrů z krku a jejich další zpracování v mikrobiologické laboratoři. This thesis focuses on beta-hemolytic streptococci which are most commonly found in the upper respiratory tract. The aim is also to detect occurrence of this bacteria as well as diseases caused by this streptococci, especially beta-hemolytic streptococcus group A (Streptococcus progenies). The practical part includes description of material sampling, swabs from the throat in this case and further processing in microbiology laboratory.
