Článek analyzuje právní terminologii použitou v zábavně naučené příručce práva zvané Solfernus čili Život Adamóv z hlediska jejího významu a morfologie. Na příkladu distribuce termínů rozhodce a sudí je ukázáno, že právní terminologie užitá v starší recensi památky z 15. století neodpovídá dobovému stavu právní terminologie. Právní terminologie užitá v mladší verzi památky vydané Hájkem z Libočan v roce 1553 byla aktualizována a přesněji vystihuje popisované skutečnosti. The Old Czech legal therminology used in fun-educational legal manual Solfernus čili Život Adamóv is analysed from the point of view of meaning and word formation. The analysis of using terms denoting the arbitrator (rozhodce) and the judge (sudí) shoes, that the low terminology used in the first version from 15th century isn´t correct according to the contemporary state of the low therminology. The legal therminology used in the younger version of Solfernus čili Život Adamóv written by Hájek of Libočany in 1553 was updated and describes the reality more precisely.
