Zuzana Procházková Katedra: Katedra tělesné výchovy Vedoucí práce: PaedDr. Ivan Přibyl Cíle: Cílem práce je seznámit žáky 2.stupně ZŠ s orientačním během jako sportem pro zábavu a volný čas. Vyzkoumat jak tento sport na žáky působí. Uvést historii a pravidla orientačního běhu, systém soutěží a organizace tréninků. Seznámit čtenáře s dalšími orientačními sporty. Přiblížit vývojovou psychologii dětí na ZŠ především ve věku 11 až 15 let. Zařadit orientační běh do RVP pro základní vzdělání. Metody: Sběr dat do výzkumu jsme provedli metodu dotazování a pořádáním závodu pro respondenty, kterými byli žáci druhého stupně ZŠ Plamínkové. Metoda dotazování se skládá ze dvou dotazníků. Pro zpracování údajů jsme použili tabulky, graf a slovní popis. Výsledky: Do výzkumu byli zařazeni žáci druhého stupně ze ZŠ Fr. Plamínkové. Většina žáků znala před výzkumem alespoň jeden orientační sport. V závodě žáci dosahovali nejčastějšího průměrného času 15 až 20 minut a 15 žáků z 95 nenašli všechny kontrolní stanoviště. Po závodě převažovali u většiny žáků pozitivní pocity. Polovina žáků by se chtěla zúčastnit dalších závodů v orientačním běhu. Examine the effect of orienteering on pupils. Introduce history and the rules of orienteering, the system of competitions and the organization of trainings. Familiarize the reader with the other orienteering sports. Present developmental psychology of children aged 11 to 15. To put orienteering in curriculum for primary school. Methods: The method of questioning was used. We also organized the orienteering race for children. The results were evaluated into spreadsheets, graph and commentary was also used. Results: There are pupils from primary school in this research. Pupils are 11-16 years old. Most of the pupils knew about orienteering before this research. Most pupils ran between 15-20 minutes for one kilometre in the race. Fifteen pupils from 95 didn't find the control point. Pupils felt good after the race.
