Práce se zabývá analýzou lokalit v Uherském Hradišti a jejich vlivem na cenu obvyklou u bytových jednotek v letech 2015-2017. Součástí práce je i sestavení a vyhodnocení dotazníku a zjištění ceny dle preferencí dotazovaných u bytových jednotek. Součástí práce jsou také databáze bytů v daných lokalitách a porovnání jednotkové ceny u bytů v těchto lokalitách. Dále je v práci řešeno porovnání cen dle databáze s cenovými údaji z katastru nemovitostí a cen dle databáze z vlastní evidence a současně z inzerovaných nabídek realitních kanceláří. This diploma thesis deals with an analysis of localities in Uherske Hradiste and their influence on the usual price of housing units in years 2015-2017. A part of thesis is formation and evaluation of questionnaire and also detection of the prices of housing units according to preferences of respondents. This thesis includes databases of flats in given localities and the comparison of their price as well as the comparison of prices according to database with price entries from the land register and prices according to database of own record keeping and in the same time from advertized offers from real estates.
