Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit názory přechodných pěstounů v Jihomoravském kraji na systém přechodné pěstounské péče, zejména se zaměřit na silné a slabé stránky s ohledem na svěřené děti. V teoretické části práce je nejprve popsána historie pěstounské péče a její formy v současnosti. Poté se věnuji charakteristice pěstounské péče na přechodnou dobu. Zabývám se tím, co musí budoucí pěstouni splňovat, jak probíhají jejich přípravy, co se děje po zařazení pěstounů do evidence a jaké se jim při výkonu této práce dostává podpory. Dále vymezuji cílovou skupinu dětí a proces péče od přípravy před přijetím dítěte až po jeho odchod. Poslední kapitola je věnovaná pozitivům a úskalím. Praktická část práce je tvořena kvalitativní výzkumnou strategií za pomoci využití metody polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s pěstouny na přechodnou dobu. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to determine the attitude of the temporary foster caregivers in the South Moravian region towards the institute of temporary foster care, mainly focused on the strong and weak points in relation to the placed children. The theoretical part of the text describes the history of foster care and its current forms. It analyzes the qualities the future foster caregivers must have and their preparation, what happens after the caregivers are entered into evidence and what kind of support is provided to them during their work. It is followed by the determination of the target group of children and the process of the care from the preparation happening prior to placing the child all the way to the child leaving the foster care. The last chapter is devoted to the pros and cons of such arrangement. The practical part provides a qualitative research analysis, using semi-structured interviews with the temporary foster caregivers.
