Byly navrženy a úspěšně realizovány syntézy nových bis(perfluoroalkyl)ových derivátů benzenu: 2,5-bis(perfluorooktyl)benzen-1,4-dikarbaldehydu, jeho dimethylacetalu a 2,5- bis(trifluoromethyl)benzen-1,4-diaminu; a vypracovány metody purifikace těchto derivátů, kterými byly získány tyto produkty v čistém stavu. Podařilo se získat krystaly vhodné pro RTG analýzy od uvedeného diaminu a diacetalu, zatímco krystaly dialdehydu pro RTG analýzu vhodné nebyly. Byl vypracován nový syntézní protokol přípravy 2,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)benzen-1,4- dikarbaldehydu a hlavně metoda jeho purifikace poskytující čistý produkt. Výtěžky nejsou velké (cca 20 %), ale izolovaný produkt je na NMR spektrech čistý. Byl izolován 2,5-dijodobenzen-1,4-diamin, ze kterého by přímým nebo nepřímým postupem mělo být možné připravit 2,5-bis(perfluorooktyl)benzen-1,4-diamin. Provedené syntézy však zatím úspěšné nebyly. Byla připravena série osmi různých Schiffových bází odvozených od 3,5- bis(trifluoromethyl)benzenaminu, 3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)benzylaminu a 3,5-bis(trifluoro- methyl)aldehydu a tří referenčních bází odvozených od anilinu, (2-thienyl)karbaldehydu, benzaldehydu a fenylacetaldehydu. Prostudována byla kinetika jejich tvorby v CDCl3, kde všechny kombinace aldehyd-amin poskytly Schiffovu bázi nekatalyzovanou reakcí (zřejmě díky... New synthetic routes were designed and applied for novel bisperfluoroalkylated benzene derivatives: 2,5-bis(perfluorooctyl)benzene-1,4-dicarbaldehyde, its dimethylacetal and 2,5- bis(trifluoromethyl)benzene-1,4-diamine. Methods for purification of those derivatives were developed and used to obtain pure crystalline compounds. Crystals of the mentioned diamine and diacetal were obtained in quality suitable for RTG analysis while crystals of dialdehyde were of sufficient quality. New synthesis and purification protocol was designed for 2,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)benzene- 1,4-dialdehyde yielding sufficiently pure product, although isolated amounts are rather small ( yields about 20%) . 2,5-diiodobenzene-1,4-diamine was synthetised. It should be possible to prepare 2,5- bis(perfluorooktyl)benzene-1,4-diamine from this compound either by direct or indirect approach. Nevertheless, the syntheses were yet unsuccessful. A series of eight Schiff bases derived from 3,5-bistrifluoromethylated benzeneamine, benzylamine and benzaldehyde, and three reference bases based on thiophene-2-carbadehyde, benzaldehyde and phenylacetaldehyde was prepared.
