Název: Vliv využití masáží na psychický stav těhotných žen Cíl: Cílem šetření v této bakalářské práci bylo sledovat vliv pravidelných masáží šíje, prováděných po dobu tří měsíců, na psychiku těhotných žen a na bolest a svalové napětí v oblasti šíje. Metody: Sledovaný soubor v této bakalářské práci tvořilo 12 zdravých žen ve druhém trimestru těhotenství, ve věku 22 - 38 let, z toho šest ve výzkumné skupině s intervencí a šest v kontrolní skupině bez intervence. Intervence spočívala v sérii 6 lehkých 20 minutových masáží, jednou za dva týdny, po dobu 3 měsíců. Efekt intervence byl sledován pomocí vizuální analogové škály (VAS) před masáží, bezprostředně po masáži a s odstupem jednoho dne, dotazníku POMS na začátku a konci výzkumu, a písemné reflexe formou ankety s otevřenými otázkami po ukončení výzkumu. Výsledky: Výsledky hodnocení bolesti pomocí VAS u probandek výzkumné skupiny prokázaly snížení bolesti v oblasti šíje po masáži (před masáží průměrná hodnota 3,04, ihned po masáži 2,05, po 1 dni 1,95). Výsledky hodnocení svalového napětí pomocí VAS u probandek výzkumné skupiny prokázaly snížení svalového napětí v oblasti šíje po masáži (před masáží průměrná hodnota 2,59, ihned po masáži 1,86, po 1 dni 1,71). Title: The effect of using massage techniques on the mental state of pregnant women Objectives: The objective of this bachelor thesis was to observe the effect of periodical massages of the neck, conducted over a period of three months, on the mental state of pregnant women and on pain and muscle tension in the area of the neck. Methods: The surveyed group in this bachelor thesis consisted of 12 healthy women in their second trimester of pregnancy, between the ages of 22-38, six of which were in the research group with intervention and six of which were in the control group without intervention. The intervention consisted of a series of 6 light 20 minute massages, once every two weeks, over a period of 3 months. The effect of the intervention was monitored with the help of a visual analog scale (VAS) before the massage, immediately after the massage, and one day after the massage, a POMS questionnaire at the beginning and end of the experiment, and a written reflection in the form of a questionnaire with open questions after the completion of the experiment.
