Předkládaná bakalářská práce má za úkol rozbor případů vražd ve městě Český Krumlov ve druhé polovině 16. a v 17. století. Těžiště práce spočívá ve studiu vražd, kde dostávají prostor i někteří konkrétní aktéři, na jejichž příkladu je přiblížen rozdíl mezi normativním a faktickým postihem zločinu, jejich myšlenkový svět a obranné strategie. Dále se snažím přiblížit fungování soudního aparátu ve městě. The presented B.A. thesis aims to analyze murder cases documented in the town of Cesky Krumlov during the second half of the 16th and in the 17th centuries. The focus of the work lies on the study of murders, while several identified perpetrators are also examined. Following these individual cases, the difference between normative and actual punishment of crime, the mindset of the participants and their defense strategies are analyzed. Furthermore, the functioning of the town's legal apparatus is examined.
