Tato práce se zabývá zdravím a kvalitou života učitelů na ZŠ. Cílem této práce je poskytnout informace o vybraných aspektech zdraví a kvality života učitelů. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část výzkumnou. Pro sběr dat výzkumné části byla použita metoda dotazníku. Dotazník ověřuje předpoklady, které byly sestaveny na základě praktických zkušeností z práce učitele. Některé předpoklady se potvrdily, jiné ne. V závěru výzkumu jsou uvedeny návrhy pro praxi reagující na výsledky šetření. Výsledky této práce mohou posloužit jako inspirace či počáteční podklady ke hlubšímu zkoumání uvedených fenoménů učitelské praxe. klíčová slova: učitel, zdraví, kvalita života, pitný režim, hluk ve škole, učitelský stres, nemoci učitelů, postavení učitele ve společnosti, syndrom vyhoření, komunikace s rodiči This thesis deals with the health and quality of life of elementary school teachers. The aim of this thesis is to provide informations on selected aspects of the health and quality of life of teachers. The thesis is divided into theoretical part and research part. For the collection of data of research part was used the questionnaire method. The questionnaire verifies assumptions that have been drawn up on the basis of practical experience from the teacher's work. Some assumptions have been confirmed, others have not. At the end of the research, suggestions for a practice responding to the survey results are presented.
