Bakalářská práce Sociální dovednosti učitele a možnosti jejich rozvíjení se zabývá tématem sociálních dovedností ve vztahu k profesi učitele a metodami, jimiž je možné tyto dovednosti účinně rozvíjet. Cílem práce je především popsat, co jsou sociální dovednosti, jakým způsobem se promítají do profese učitele a jaké jsou možnosti jejich rozvíjení. Literárně přehledová část se tedy zabývá definováním pojmu sociálních dovedností, jejich specifiky v profesi učitele a možnými riziky snížené úrovně sociálních dovedností učitele. V návrhu výzkumu se práce věnuje porovnání vybraných metod rozvoje sociálních dovedností u učitelů středních škol, gymnázií a druhého stupně základních škol. The bachelor thesis Teacher's social skills and the possibilities of its development are concerned with the topic of social skills in relation to the teacher profession and with the methods by which these skills can be effectively developed. The aim of the thesis is to describe in particular what the definition of social skills is, how they are reflected in the profession of teacher and what the possibilities of their development are. The literary overview section therefore deals with defining the concept of social skills, their specifics in the teacher's profession, and the possible risks of a reduced level of social skills of the teacher. In the research proposal, the thesis deals with the comparison of selected methods of social skills development among secondary school teachers, grammar schools and the second level of elementary schools.
