Tématem této práce je finanční analýza podniku a investice a popis programového řešení pro její provádění, které bylo v rámci práce implementováno. V první části je popsána finanční analýza obecně -- vysvětlení pojmů, shrnutí motivace, vymezení množiny vstupních dat, výčet používaných metod a ukazatelů, jejich význam a interpretace jejich hodnot. Druhá část práce obsahuje popis návrhu, implementace a fungování nástroje, jehož účelem je automatizace vybraných oblastí finanční analýzy. The topic of this thesis is financial analalysis of both, a company and an investment. It also contains description of software for its execution, which was implemented within the thesis. The first part describes financial analysis in general -- definitions, motivation, input data set definition, enumeration of common methods and indicators, their meaning and iterpretation of their values. The second part contains description of design, implementation and functionality of a tool, which purpose is automatization of chosen domains from financial analysis.
