Bakalářská práce zpracovává projektovou dokumentaci pro provedení stavby rodinného domu v obci Nemile, která se nachází v Olomouckém kraji. Jedná se o stavební úpravu a přístavbu stávajícího stavu domu. Objekt rodinného domu má dvě obytná podlaží s částečným podsklepením. Nachází se v něm jedna bytová jednotka. Stavební úprava rodinného domu je provedena v podobě obnovy omítkových, podlahových, fasádních systémů, dále výměny oken, dveří, technického zázemí budovy a dalších systému. Stávající půdorysný tvar suterénu a prvního patra zůstane zachován v celém rozsahu doplněno přístavbou, druhé patro bude v celém rozsahu pozměněno. Tvar půdorysu objektu bude pozměněn v podobě přístavby obytné zóny (kuchyně jídelny a obývací místnosti), dále potom bude vybudována přístavba přístřešku pro dvě vozidla. Svislé nosné konstrukce jsou vyhotoveny zděnou technologií z keramických tvárnic Porotherm 30 Profi,s kontaktním zateplovacím systéme EPS GreyWall. Základové konstrukce monolitické betonové. Vodorovné konstrukce jsou zhotoveny ze systému Porotherm MIAKO. Zastřešení tvořeno plochou střechou u přístavby obytné části a přístřešku pro vozidla a nad stávající části domu je použit nové zbudován střešní pultový systém z konstrukčního dřeva. Při návrhu byl kladen důraz na zvýšený komfort při užívání a celkový moderní koncept objektu rodinného domu. Přednostní rodinného domu je systém vytápění tepelným čerpadlem vzduch/voda s podlahovým topením. Navržený objekt rodinného domu splňuje standardy moderního bydlení a snaží se vyřešit otázku kvalitního bydlení jak z hlediska ekonomického tak i ekologického hospodaření s energiemi a udržitelností standartu bydlení a životnosti stavby bez nutnosti adaptace. Při návrhu byl kladen důraz na zvýšený komfort při užívání a celkový moderní koncept objektu rodinného domu. Moderní vzhledovému uspořádání je dosaženo tvarovým charakterem budovy v kombinaci s velkými prosklenými otvory a samotnými použitými materiály. The existing ground plan of the basement and the first floor will be preserved in its entirety by an additional building, the second floor will be altered in its entirety. The shape of the ground plan of the building will be altered in the form of an extension of the residential zone (dining room and living room kitchen), then an extension of the shed for two vehicles will be built. Vertical support structures are made of Porotherm 30 Profi ceramic brick technology with EPS GreyWall contact system. Base structures of monolithic concrete. Horizontal constructions are made from the Porotherm MIAKO system. A roof made up of a flat roof at the extension of a residential area and a shelter for vehicles and above the existing parts of the house is used a new built-in roof panel system made of structural wood. The design emphasized increased comfort in use and the overall modern concept of a family house building. A preferred family home is a heating system with an air / water heat pump with underfloor heating. The designed house of a family house meets the standards of modern living and tries to solve the issue of quality housing both in terms of economic and ecological energy management and the sustainability of the standard of living and the life of the building without the necessity of adaptation.
