Bakalářská práce zpracovává prováděcí projektovou dokumentaci ke stavbě bytového domu. Budova je umístěna v okrajové části města Jihlavy. Budova má tři nadzemní a jedno podzemní podlaží. V budově se nachází čtyři bytové jednotky. V bakalářské práci je zpracovaná architektonicko stavební část, stavebně konstrukční část, vypracování požárně bezpečnostního řešení a zpracování stavební fyziky k danému objektu. In bachelor’s thesis is elaborated project documentation for the construction of an apartment building. The building is situated in peryphery of Jihlava city. The building is three-storey apartment building with a basement. There aure four apartments in the building. In Bachelor’s thesis is elaborated architect-building solutions, building – construction solutions, fire safety solutions and physics qualities of constructions.
