Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá projektovou dokumentací pro rodinný dům s provozovnou. Provozovna slouží pro prodej a ochutnávku různých druhů piv. Stavba se nachází v nově rozvíjející se části obce Ždírec na pozemku č. 322/89. Rodinný dům je navržen pro čtyřčlennou rodinu. Stavba má dvě nadzemní podlaží a je částečně podsklepena. Pohyb mezi patry po betonovém schodišti. Objekt je vyzděn ze systému HELUZ a je zastřešen plochou střechou. Stavba je založena na základových betonových pasech. The bachelor thesis deals with the project documentation for the family house with an establishment. The establishment serves for sale and tasting of different kinds of beers. The building is located in a newly developing part of the village Ždírec on the land number 322/89. The family house is designed for a family of four. The building has two above-ground floors and there is a basement below some part of the building. The movement amongst the floors is through concrete staircase. The object is built from the HELUZ system and covered with a flat roof. The building is based on underlying concrete belts.
