Táto bakalářská práce řeší projektovou dokumentaci rodinného domu, určeného k trvalému bydlení čtyřčlenný rodiny. Dům je situován v Jihomoravském kraji, v obci Brno – Ivanovice. V katastrálním území Ivanovice. Stavba má dvě nadzemní podlaží. Hlavní svislý nosní konstrukční materiál je keramická cihla Heluz s kontaktním zateplovacím systémem Baumit. Vodorovná nosní konstrukce nad prvním podlažím je ze stropních panelů Heluz. Dům má pultovou střechu s 12° sklonem. Dům je bez sklepa. Dům má terasu a krytou verandu. This bachelor´s thesis deals with design documentation of detached house, designed for permanent living for family of four member. The house is situated in the region Jihomoravský, town Brno – Ivanovice, in cadastral district Ivanovice. The building has two floors. The main vertical supporting construction material is a brick Heluz with Baumit insulation system. The horizontal supporting construction above first floor is from ceiling panels Heluz. The house has a shed roof with 12° inclination. House is without cellar. House has terrace and porch.
