Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem bytového domu v Olomouci. Na severní straně má budova společnou štítovou stěnu se sousedním rodinným domem. Objekt bytového domu má dvě nadzemní podlaží a celkem se skládá z 8 bytových jednotek. Na prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází 4 byty a na druhém nadzemním podlaží 4 byty. Objekt je navržen z konstrukčního systému z keramických tvarovek a část základů ze ztraceného bednění. Stropy jsou montované z keramických tvarovek. Nosnou část šikmé střechy tvoří dřevěné příhradové vazníky. Práce obsahuje projektovou dokumentaci pro provádění stavby. This bachelor thesis concerns project of apartment building in Olomouc. On the north side there is a joined shield roof with neighbouring family house. There are 2 floors and 8 apartments in the apartment building in total. 4 apartments are located on the 1st floor and 4 apartments are on the 2nd floor. The building is desig-ned from construction system made of ceramic fittings and part of the foundation is made of hidden formwork. The ceilings are assembled from ceramic fittings. The bearing part of the sloping roof is made of wooden trusses. Project documentation for construction work is part of the thesis.
