Předmětem této práce je dřevostavba dvoupatrového nepodsklepeného rodinného domu s garáží pro dvě vozidla v k.ú. Rozdrojovice. Rodinný dům je navržen s ohledem na okolní výstavbu a danou lokalitu. Objektu bude sloužit pro bydlení čtyřčlenné rodiny. Dům je obdélníkového půdorysu. Hlavní vstup a vjezd do objektu je v úrovni 1.NP. Svislé stěny jsou tvořeny dřevěným rámem s tepelnou izolace opláštěné z venku částečně dřevěnou provětrávanou fasádou a strukturovanou omítkou. Stropní konstrukce je z příhradových nosníků. Hlavní část rodinného domu tvoří sedlová střecha. Nad zbylou částí je střecha s minimálním spádem. Projekt byl zpracován pomocí počítačového programu AutoCad. The subjekt of this thesis is two-storey wooden, non-basement house with garage for two cars in the catadastral area Rozdrojovice. The house is designed with the view of surrounding buildings and the location. The house will be used for living of a family of four members. The plan view of the House is rectangular. The main entrance and the drivery to the House is at 1st floor level. The vertical wall are formed by a wooden frame with thermal insulation sheathed patriciply with wood and participly with structured plaster. The ceiling structure is made of wooden beams with embedded insulation. THe main part of the House forms a gabled roof. Over the remaining parts of the House is a roof with a minimum slope. The project was made by a komputer program called AutoCad.
