Bakalářská práce zpracovává projektovou dokumentaci pro provedení stavby bytové domu v obci Ivančice, nacházející se v Jihomoravském kraji. Objekt bytového domu má dvě nadzemní obytná a jedno suterénní a nachází se v něm čtyři bytové jednotky a společné prostory. Svislé nosné konstrukce jsou provedeny zděnou technologií z keramických tvárnic. Vodorovné konstrukce jsou z keramických nosníků a vložek. Objekt je zastřešen plochou střechou. The bachelor thesis elaborates the project documentation for the construction of an apartment house in Ivančice, located in the South Moravian Region. The apartment building has two above-ground residential floors and one basement, with four residential units and common areas. The vertical loadbearing structures are made of ceramic brick technology. Horizontal structures are made of ceramic beams and inserts. The building is roofed with a flat roof.
