Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem bytového domu s dětským koutkem v Senici. Objekt je částečne podsklepený a celkový počet nadzemných podlaží je pět. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází provozovna dětského koutku, která slouží k volnočasovým aktivitám dětí. Tento prostor má řešený samostatný vstup a též vedlejší vstup na dětské hřistě. V 1.NP se nachází taktéž jeden byt pro osoby s omezenou schopností pohybu a orientace. Hlavní vstup do objektu je bezbariérový. Všechny byty jsou svojí plochou, dispozičním řešením a vybavením řešené jako nadstandartní. V druhém a čtvrtém nadzemním podlaží se nacházejí tři bytové jednotky pro jednu, dvě a čtyři osoby. A v 3.NP a 5.NP se nacházejí dvě bytové jednotky pro tři a pět osob. Střecha bytového domu je řešená jako jednoplášťová plochá. Th The objective of this bachelor thesis is to project an apartment block with kids daycare club located in the town of Senica. The block has a partial basement and five floors. The kids club is situated on the ground floor – purpose of this area is spending childrens‘ free time. This space is solved with an entrance of its own and with other one from the playground. On the ground floor there is also a special flat for persons with movement and orientation disabilities. The main entrance to the building is designed for accessibility, too. All dwelling units are designed as above the standard ones in the terms of area, flat layout and equipment. On the third and fourth floor there are three dwelling units for one, two and four persons. Two more units, for three and five persons are located on the third and fifth floor. The roofing of the building is solved as a single-coat flat roof.
