Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice integrace osob bez domova na pracovní trh. Lidé žijící na ulici ztrácí po určité době pracovní návyky, sociální kontakty a motivaci pro změnu své situace.
 Hlavním cílem práce je zmapovat možnosti integrace lidí bez domova na pracovní trh a pokusit se tak o návrat do běžného života. Jelikož však jejich možné integrování stojí na mnoha aspektech, zkoumá tato práce taktéž míru motivace dotazovaných osob a překážky, jenž jim, v případném hledání zaměstnání, brání. První část práce je tvořena teoretickým ukotvením dané problematiky s důrazem na vysokou míru desocializace osob bez domova a obtížemi při procesu změny. Zaměřuje se rovněž na možné způsoby pomoci a podpory při hledání zaměstnání a to jak ze strany státu, tak i nestátních neziskových organizací. Teoretickou část uzavírá kapitola s popisem čtyř nestátních oraganizací, zaměřující se zaměstnávání osob bez domova. Sběr dat byl prováděn na základě kvalitativního výzkumu, a to ve formě 16 polostrukturovaných rozhovorů (4 rozhovory v každé organizaci) s lidmi, v minulosti či aktuálně, žijícími na ulici a zaměstnanými v jedné ze čtyř organizací, jenž ve své práci uvádím.
 Empirická část mapuje důvody, díky nimž se dané osoby ocitly v takto těžké sociální situaci, co bylo hlavním impulsem pro hledání... The diploma thesis deals with the issue of integrating homeless people into the labor market. People living on the street lose working habits, social contacts and motivation to change their situation after a certain period of time.
 The main aim of the work is to map out the possibilities of integrating homeless people into the labor market and try to return to normal life. However, since their possible integration lies in many aspects, this work also examines the degree of motivation of the interviewed persons and the obstacles that prevent them from seeking employment. The first part of the thesis consists of the theoretical anchoring of the given issue, with an emphasis on the high degree of desocialization of homeless people and difficulties in the process of change. It also focuses on possible ways of helping and promoting job-seeking both from the state and non- governmental non-profit organizations. The theoretical part concludes with a chapter describing four non-state organizations focusing on the employment of homeless people.
