Sladění rodinného a pracovního života Abstrakt Práce se zabývá problematikou sladění rodinného a profesního života v ČR z právního hlediska. Vhodná harmonizace těchto dvou sfér života umožňuje pečujícím osobám dříve se vrátit do zaměstnání, pozitivně ovlivňuje výkonnost zaměstnanců, dochází k zvyšování porodnosti, odstraňování genderových stereotypů a snižování nezaměstnanosti žen. Cílem této práce je poskytnout ucelený náhled na právní úpravu v oblasti pracovního práva a práva sociálního zabezpečení z hlediska sladění rodinného a profesního života, analyzovat příslušnou právní úpravu, upozornit na některé praktické problémy a zhodnotit dopad této právní úpravy a jednotlivých právních institutů na harmonizaci rodinného a profesního života. Zároveň si práce klade za cíl uvést i dílčí náměty de lege ferenda. Práce vychází z hypotézy, že sladění rodinného a profesního života je prakticky nekončící proces, který je v ČR v současné době stále možný zefektivnit. Práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola nejprve uvádí stěžejní problémy a situace související s otázkou harmonizace rodinného a profesního života. Vymezuje právní úpravu na úrovni mezinárodního, evropského a národního práva v řešené oblasti. Pozornost je věnována také zvláštním pracovním podmínkám a ochraně těhotných zaměstnankyň, zaměstnankyň... Reconciliation of work and family life Abstract This thesis deals with the reconciliation of work and family life in the Czech Republic from a legal perspective. Finding a suitable balance between work and family life enables an individual to return to work sooner from maternity and parental leave. This balance also has a positive effect on the productivity of employees, birth rates, elimination of gender stereotypes and causes a reduction of the unemployment rate among women. The purpose of this paper is to provide a comprehensive overview of the number of articles of employment law and social security law that are relevant to the issues of reconciliation of work and family life, to analyze the relevant legislation, and to draw attention to some practical problems. Also, the paper will evaluate the impact of this legislative framework and legal institutes on work and family life and recommend alterations "de lege ferenda". The thesis of this paper is that reconciliation of work and family life is an endless process and that there are several problem areas related to it that need improvement within the Czech Republic.
