Keywords: history and issue five-stage model of benchmarking. Practical part desribes selected company CORA MANAGEMENT s. r. o. and usability of benchmarking in order to increase it's business performance. Then is the company compared with a better competitior. Finally; measures are proposed to improve the performance of the company.; This master's thesis deals with evaluation of a limited liability company CORA MANAGEMENT. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part describes the method of benchmarking using professional literature. There is explained the concept of benchmarking; jeho zavedení ve společnosti a poukáže na problematiku pětifázového modelu benchmarkingu. V praktické části je popsána vybraná společnost CORA MANAGEMENT s. r. o.; která slouží ke srovnání podniků. Teoretická část vysvětlí pojem benchmarking; na kterou je aplikována metoda benchmarkingu s cílem zvýšení její výkonnosti. Společnost je následovně srovnána s lepším konkurenčním podnikem. V závěru práce jsou poté uvedeny možná opatření ke zlepšení výkonnosti vybraného podniku.; Tématem této diplomové práce je hodnocení výkonnosti podniku CORA MANAGEMENT s. r. o. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. V teoretické části je popsaná metoda benchmarking
