Jóga a její využití v psychosomatice Abstrakt: Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice psychosomatické medicíny a o využití jógy při terapii psychosomatických onemocnění. Práce je kombinací teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část je rozdělena na tři oddíly. První oddíl obsahuje teoretická východiska psychosomatické medicíny a problematiku psychosomatických onemocnění (definici, epidemiologii, etiopatogenezi, diagnostiku, terapii atd.). Ve druhém oddílu je nastíněna role a možnosti fyzioterapie v psychosomatice - přehled fyzioterapeutických metod, které lze využít v terapii psychosomatických onemocnění. Třetí oddíl poskytuje přehled problematiky z oblasti jógy, zaměřuje se na historii, její druhy, a také stručně popisuje techniky, které jóga nabízí. Praktická část bakalářské práce obsahuje jednu kazuistiku pacienta s diagnózou psychosomatického onemocnění VAS (chronická bolest krční páteře). Dále obsahuje metodologii práce, cíle práce, kritéria pro výběr pacienta, literární rešerši, vstupní vyšetření a podrobné záznam terapeutických jednotek. Eva Konopáčová Oponent: Title of bacherol thesis: Role of physiotherapy in psychosomatic disorders Yoga and its use in psychosomatics Abstract: This bachelor thesis covers the topic of psychosomatic medicine and the use of yoga in the treatment of psychosomatic diseases. This thesis is a combination of theoretical and research part. The theoretical part is divided into three sections. First one contains theoretical basis of psychosomatic medicine and the issue of psychosomatic diseases (definition, epidemiology, etiopathogenesis, diagnostics, therapy etc.). The second section outlines the role and possibilities of physiotherapy in psychosomatic medicine - an overview of physiotherapeutic methods that can be used in the treatment of psychosomatic diseases. The last section covers the topic of yoga, its history, different types and briefly describes techniques that yoga offers. The research part of this bachelor thesis contains one case report of a patient that has been diagnosed with a psychosomatic disease (chronic cervical spine pain).
