Ortognátní chirurgie je významným oborem moderní medicíny a estetické stomatologie. Zabývá se léčbou čelistních anomálií. V bakalářské práci otevírám, z pohledu sestry, problematiku ošetřovatelské péče o pacienta podstupujícího ortognátní operaci. Cílem práce je zaměření zejména na ošetřovatelskou péči o pacienta po ortognátní operaci. Kazuistická práce propracovaná v teoretickém rámci ošetřovatelské péče s uvedenou problematikou. Jako komparace jsou uvedeny tři případové studie. Vytvoření poučného letáku s doporučením pro pacienty, který může být k dispozici v ordinacích ortodontistů a odděleních maxilofaciální chirurgie. Klíčová slova: ortognátní operace, ošetřovatelská péče, ústní hygiena, edukace Orthognathic surgery is a major field of modern medicine and esthetic dentistry. It deals with surgical treatment of maxillofacial anomalies. The role of nurses in care of patients undergoing orthognathic surgery is reviewed. The aim is to provide nursing care for patients undergoing orthognathic surgery. Theoretical scope of nursing care on abovementioned issues is elaborated. As a comparison, three case reports are presented. A leaflet with recommendations for patients is to be elaborated, it may be available in the offices of orthodontists and maxillofacial surgery departments.
