Pro svoji bakalářskou práci jsem zvolila téma ošetřovatelské péče o pacienta s ischemickou chorobou dolních končetin. Zvolené téma považuji za velmi aktuální, protože se dané onemocnění řadí mezi kardiovaskulární a ta jsou nadále nejčastější příčinou úmrtí v ČR, jak vyplývá ze statistiky ÚZIS Zemřelí 2016. Ischemická choroba dolních končetin je nejčastěji způsobená aterosklerotickým procesem a na jejím vzniku a vývoji se podílí řada rizikových faktorů (zejména kouření, diabetes, hypertenze). V teoretické části otevírám problematiku ischemické choroby dolních končetin. Především se zaměřuji na diagnostiku, možnosti terapie a prevence onemocnění. Podklady pro vypracování práce jsem čerpala na základě rešerše vytvořené v Národní lékařské knihovně. Vyhledávání proběhlo v databázích NLK, PubMed, Embase, Medvik a CINAHL apod. Dále jsem čerpala z internetových zdrojů profesních organizací a společností zabývající se touto problematikou. Zahrnuta byla i doporučení profesních organizací jako je ESVS - European Society for Vascular Surgery, ESC - European Society of Cardiology, SVN - Society of Vascular Nursing a Národního kardiovaskulárního programu České republiky. Metodika: Pro vypracování bakalářské práce jsem zvolila případovou studii pacientky s ischemickou chorobou dolních končetin doplněnou o funkční... Introduction: I have chosen a topic Nursing care of the patient with peripheral vascular disease of lower extremities for my bachelor theses. I think that the chosen subject matter is very relevant, because the disease belongs into a group of cardiovascular diseases, which are still the main cause of mortality in CR, according to statistics ÚZIS Zemřelí 2016. In most cases, peripheral vascular disease of lower extremities is caused by atherosclerosis process, which is entailed with many risks factors (especially smoking, diabetes, hypertension). In theoretical part I introduce the issue of the peripheral vascular disease of lower extremities. I focus mainly on diagnosis, options for treatment and on prevention of the disease. The sources, that I have used for an elaboration of my theses, were obtained by research in National medical library. Searching was carried out in the databases NLK, PubMed, Embase, Medvik and CINAHL etc. I searched further through internet sources of professional organizations and companies, which deal with mentioned issue.
