Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na podnikatelský záměr pro založení obchodu s pralinkami v Pardubicích. V první části jsou položeny teoretické základy pro vypracování podnikatelského záměru formou podnikatelského plánu. Vypracovaný podnikatelský plán vychází z analýzy trhu a konkurence. Jeho součástí jsou také marketingový plán, realizační plán a finanční plán pro následující roky podnikání. Závěrem je zhodnocen pomocí metod návratnosti. The bachelor thesis focuses on the business plan for setting up a pralines-shop in Pardubice. In the first part there are stated the theoretical foundations of the business plan. The developed business plan is based on market analysis and marketing research. It also includes a marketing plan, an implementation plan and a financial plan for following years of business. In conclusion, the busines plan is evaluated by return methods.
