Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na realizaci podnikatelského plánu společnosti Murexin spol. s r. o. Tato společnost potřebuje své skladové a zároveň výdejní prostory přestěhovat blíže potenciálním zákazníkům a dosáhnout tak většího podílu na trhu. Práce identifikuje specifickou strukturu podnikatelského plánu, která je dále promítnuta do skutečného stavu a reálných údajů společnosti. The bachelor thesis is focused on the realization of the business plan of the company Murexin spol. Ltd. This company needs to move its warehouse and retail space closer to potential customers and to achieve a greater market share. The thesis identifies the specific structure of the business plan, which is further projected into the real state and real data of the company.
