V tejto bakalárskej práci som sa zameral na zostavenie návrhu dielčej časti informačného systému pre spoločnosť Danfoss Power Solutions a.s., konkrétne pre jej pobočku v Považskej Bystrici. Návrh je založený na základe analýzy súčasného stavu daného podniku a jeho požiadavkách. Výsledkom je návrh časti informačného systému, ktorý zvyšuje plynulosť a efektivitu v oblasti personalistiky a taktiež zvyšuje všeobecnú spokojnosť zamestnancov. In this bachelor thesis I focused on creating a design of information system part for company Danfoss Power Solutions a.s., specifically for its branch in Považská Bystrica. The design is based on analysis of current status of the company and its requirements. Result is the design of information system part, which increases fluentness and effectivity in the field of personal relations and also increases overall satisfaction of employees.
