Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou a optimalizací CRM (systému pro řízení vztahů se zákazníky) vybrané společnosti, vyvíjeného na míru externí firmou. Teoretická část se zaobírá definicí principu řízení vztahů se zákazníky a CRM systémy jako takovými. V analytické části práce je provedeno zhodnocení současného stavu CRM ve společnosti. Na základě analýz pak budou navrženy možné změny a opatření pro zlepšení využití systému. This bachelor's thesis aims to analyse and optimize custom CRM system (customer relationship management system) of selected company. The theoretical part deals with the definition of customer relationship management and CRM systems as such. The analytical part of the thesis analyses the current state of CRM in the company. Based on this analysis, possible changes and measures will be proposed to improve the use of the system.
