Práca je zameraná na posúdenie zvarových vád pri laserovom zváraní s rozmietaním zväzku hliníkovej zliatiny. Teoretická časť sa zaoberá štúdiom hlavných typov priemyselných laserov, režimami zvárania a rozborom techniky rozmietania zväzku. Ďalej sú popísané zliatiny hliníku, ich zvárateľnosť, zvarové vady a spôsoby ich vyhodnotenia. V experimentálnej časti je vyhotovených 16 skúšobných zvarov na plechu z hliníkovej zliatiny AlMg3. Nasleduje vyhodnotenie vzniknutých vád a stanovenie optimálnych zváracích parametrov. This bachelor thesis is aimed on assessment of weld defects during laser welding with beam wobbling of aluminum alloy. Theoretical part deals with study of main types of industrial lasers, laser modes and analysis of beam wobbling technique. Further described aluminum alloys, their weldability, weld defects and methods of their evaluation. In the experimental part, sixteen test welds are made on sheet metal from aluminum alloy AlMg3. This is followed by the evaluation of the defects and determination of optimal welding parameters.
