Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou cévní mozková příhoda. Cíle: Tato bakalářská práce si za cíl stanovila zpracování kazuistiky pacienta po ischemické cévní mozkové příhodě a shrnutí důležitých teoretických poznatků týkajících se této diagnózy. Metody: Tato bakalářská práce je členěna na dvě části - část teoretickou a část praktickou. Obecná část se zabývá teorií nutnou k proniknutí do dané problematiky, tzn. anatomickými podklady onemocnění, charakteristikou onemocnění vč. klinického projevu, epidemiologií, rizikovými faktory a léčbou. Část speciální obsahuje detailní kazuistiku pacienta včetně vstupního vyšetření, provedených terapií, závěrečného vyšetření a zhodnocení efektu terapie. Jelikož pacient také trpí diabetickou polyneuropatií, pokrývá tato práce krátce i toto téma. Výsledek: Zdravotní stav pacienta se zlepšil. Neunavuje se tak rychle, podařilo se zvýšit tonus svalů dolních končetin a svalů břišní stěny, zlepšil se stereotyp dechu a chůze. Objectives: The goal of this bachelor thesis has been set as processing a case study of patient after ischemic stroke, and summarising important theoretical knowledge regarding this diagnosis. Methods: This bachelor thesis is divided into two parts - a general part and a special part. The general part concerns a theory which is necessary to understand this issue thoroughly. That means anatomical basis of the disease, characteristic of the disease including clinical manifestation, epidemiology, risk factors and treatment. The special part includes a detailed case report of the patient including input analysis, performed therapies, output analysis and evaluation of the effect of the therapy. As the patient also suffers from diabetic polyneuropathy, this thesis also covers this topic shortly. Results: The patien's health condition improved. He doesn't tire so fast, tonus of lower extremities' muscles and abdominal wall's muscles has increased, stereotypes of gait and breathing has improved.
